Ablynx to raise up to EUR 57.5 million

Ablynx N.V. (Euronext:ABLX) said it plans to raise up to EUR 57.5 million ($78.3 million) through the sale of shares at EUR 7.20-EUR7.75 in a follow-on in Belgium and separate private placements in the U.S. and elsewhere. KBC; UBS; and Piper Jaffray are underwriters. KBC and Kempen are the selling agents. Ablynx proposed the offering last month, when its share price was EUR 8.26.
