Prolor Biotech Inc. (OTCBB:PBTH) raised $24.4 million through the sale of 10.4 million shares at $2.35 in a private placement. The price is a 24% discount to Prolor's close of $3.10 on Wednesday, before the deal was announced. Jefferies and Ladenburg Thalmann were placement agents. ...
