Transgene planning offering

Transgene S.A. (Euronext:TNG) said late Tuesday that it plans to raise EUR 100-EUR 150 million ($135.3-$202.9 million) in a rights issue. Transgene said that its majority shareholder, Institut Merieux, plans to subscribe for shares. Further terms are yet to be determined. Transgene was off EUR 0.80 to EUR 17.40 on Tuesday. ...
