MannKind raises $100M in note deal

MannKind Corp. (NASDAQ:MNKD) raised $100 million in an offering of 5.75% senior convertible notes due 2015 to institutional investors. The notes convert at $6.80, which is a $0.02 discount to MannKind's close of $6.82 on Monday, before the deal was announced.
