Anthera planning $31.5M unit sale

Anthera Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:ANTH) plans to raise $31.5 million through the sale of 10.5 million units to OrbiMed Advisors and other undisclosed investors. Each unit comprises a share and a five-year warrant to purchase 0.4 shares, with each whole warrant exercisable at $3.30. Piper Jaffray and Wedbush were placement agents.
