No comment from NIH on stem cell funding

NIH declined to comment on plans for funding human embryonic stem cell (hESC) research after a three-judge appeals court panel approved an emergency motion to stay a district court's ruling prohibiting federal funding for hESCs on Tuesday while NIH and HHS appeal the decision.
