Amsterdam Molecular planning $15M placement

Amsterdam Molecular Therapeutics Holding N.V. (Euronext:AMT) proposed to raise EUR 15 million ($20.6 million) in a private placement. Shareholders Advent Venture Partners; Gilde; Credit Agricole; and Forbion committed to subscribe for a total of EUR 3.8 million ($5.1 million) in new shares in the placement.
