OncoGenex prices $50M follow-on

OncoGenex Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:OGXI) raised $50 million through the sale of 3.2 million units at $15.75 per unit in a follow-on underwritten by Stifel Nicolaus Weisel; Needham; Rodman; and Wedbush. Each unit comprises a share and a five-year warrant to purchase 0.5 shares, with each whole warrant exercisable at $20. OncoGenex proposed the offering late Monday, when its share price was $18.75.
