Former GSK attorney facing criminal charges

The U.S. Department of Justice charged a former attorney at GlaxoSmithKline plc (LSE:GSK; NYSE:GSK) with obstruction and making false statements related to a 2002 FDA investigation into off-label promotion of antidepressant Wellbutrin SR bupropion.
