Oncothyreon Inc. (NASDAQ:ONTY) said late Thursday it is planning a follow-on underwritten by Cowen and Wedbush PacGrow. Details were not disclosed. Oncothyreon, which made the announcement after market close, was off a penny to $4.94 on Thursday. ...
