ImmunoGen raises $84 million

ImmunoGen Inc. (NASDAQ:IMGN) raised $84 million through the sale of 7 million shares at $12 in a follow-on underwritten by Jefferies; Oppenheimer; RBC Capital Markets; William Blair; Canaccord; and Morgan Joseph TriArtisan. The offering was proposed late Thursday, when ImmunoGen's stock price was $12.73. ImmunoGen was off $0.72 to $12.01 on Friday. ...
