Revance raises $45 million

Revance Therapeutics Inc. (Newark, Calif.) raised $45 million in a venture debt financing led by new investor NovaQuest and existing investor Essex Woodlands Health Ventures. The financing also included new investor CNF Investments and existing investors Vivo Ventures; Technology Partners; Shepherd Ventures; Palo Alto Investors; Pac-Link Ventures; and Essex Capital.
