Neovacs prices IPO

Neovacs S.A. (Paris, France) raised EUR 10 million ($13.6 million) through the sale of 2.1 million shares at EUR 4.80 in an IPO on Euronext. The price values the company at EUR 61.7 million ($84 million) based on 12.9 million shares outstanding. Last week, Neovacs amended the offering to raise about EUR 11 million ($15 million) through the sale of up to 2.3 million shares at EUR 4.80-EUR 5.60. If sold at the midpoint of EUR 5.20, the company would have been valued at EUR 66.1 million ($90 million) based on 12.7 million shares outstanding. The first day of trading is slated for April 21. ...
