Aeterna Zentaris raises $15 million

Aeterna Zentaris Inc. (TSX:AEZ; NASDAQ:AEZS) raised US$15 million through the sale of 11.1 million shares at US$1.35 in a previously announced registered direct offering to institutional investors. Investors also received five-year warrants to purchase 4.4 million shares at US$1.50. Rodman was placement agent. Aeterna was off C$0.02 to C$1.22 on Tuesday.
