Constellation raises close to $200M
Cancer epigenetics company Constellation Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:CNST) raised $192.5 million in a bumped-up follow-on Tuesday through the sale of 5.5 million shares at $35. The price is a 7% discount to its close of $37.72 on Monday, when it proposed to sell 4 million shares after hours.
