All WuXi AppTec Chinese sites operating
WuXi AppTec Co. Ltd. (Shanghai:603259; HKEX:2359) said it has resumed operations at its Wuhan facility, which provides discovery chemistry services. The company has now restarted operations at all its facilities in China.

Temporary SOX relief for small biotechs
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission will provide a temporary exemption from Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for small public companies with a float of less than $700 million that have annual revenues of less than $100 million. The compliance requires public companies to report on the internal controls they have in place over their financial reporting.
