Hangzhou Just, MabSpace merging

Hangzhou Just Biotherapeutics Ltd. (Hangzhou, China) and MabSpace Biosciences Co. Ltd. (Hong Kong, China) announced on Jan. 1 that the companies will merge to create Transcenta Holding Ltd.

The companies said Transcenta will have a global footprint with clinical development centers in Boston, Shanghai and Beijing, a discovery and translational research center in Suzhou and a product development and manufacturing facility in Hangzhou.
