BIO to review members with 'inconsistent' values

In an email to members Tuesday, BIO’s senior management stressed its commitment to diverse and inclusive workplaces in the industry, including specific diversity goals for female representation, and said it will review the membership status of companies that participate in activities that are "clearly inconsistent" with its values.

The note follows outrage after a biotech industry party in June featured topless female dancers.
