vTv Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:VTVT) granted Newsoara Biopharma Co. Ltd. (Shanghai, China) development and commercialization rights to HPP737 in China, including Hong Kong and Macau, and Taiwan as well as other Asian countries.
