Researchers identify new ovarian cancer target

In a study published in Cancer Research, researchers at the National Institutes of Biomedical Innovation Health and Nutrition and colleagues showed a mAb targeting lipolysis stimulated lipoprotein receptor (LSR) slowed tumor growth in mouse models of epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC), suggesting a new target for the tumor type.
