InflaRx prices $100M IPO

InflaRx N.V. (NASDAQ:IFRX) raised $100 million on Nov. 8 through the sale of 6.7 million shares at $15 in an IPO underwritten by JPMorgan, Leerink and BMO Capital Markets. The share price is at the midpoint of InflaRx's proposed $14-$16 range and values the company at $351.2 million.
