Zogenix raises $251.3M in follow-on

Zogenix Inc. (NASDAQ:ZGNX) raised $251.3 million through the sale of 6.7 million shares at $37.50 in a follow-on underwritten by Leerink, Stifel, Mizuho, JMP Securities and LifeSci Capital. The price is a 7% premium to Zogenix's close of $35.05 on Friday, before it proposed the offering ahead of market hours on Monday.
