Frontline, WuXi venture arm merging

WuXi Healthcare Ventures and Frontline BioVentures said they will merge, creating healthcare investment group 6 Dimensions Capital. The combined firm will manage a combined RMB5.5 billion ($797 million) in assets, and will start raising new renminbi and U.S. dollar funds "in the near future," they said.
