Neurocrine priced tardive dyskinesia therapy Ingrezza valbenazine at a wholesale acquisition cost (WAC) of $5,275 for a 30-count bottle of 40 mg capsules. At FDA-recommended dosing, the drug's annual cost is more than $127,000.
