BeiGene, GET form biologic manufacturing JV
BeiGene formed the BeiGene Biologics Co. Ltd. manufacturing JV with a Chinese government-owned subsidiary of GET. The JV plans to construct a manufacturing facility for BeiGene's biologics in Guangzhou and fund development of biologic candidates in China. BeiGene will also contribute one or more biologic assets to the collaboration. BeiGene will name four of the JV’s five directors, including its chairman. GET will name the other director.
