bluebird, NeuroDerm raise follow-ons

bluebird bio Inc. (NASDAQ:BLUE) and NeuroDerm Ltd. (NASDAQ:NDRM) each priced follow-on offerings, raising a combined $325 million.

bluebird raised $250 million through the sale of 3.3 million shares at $76 in a deal underwritten by Goldman Sachs, BofA Merrill Lynch, Cowen, Wells Fargo and Wedbush PacGrow.
