Genfit tops off funding with EUR 44.6M offering

Genfit S.A. (Euronext:GNFT) raised EUR 44.6 million ($48.9 million) through the sale of 3.1 million shares at EUR 14.30 in an oversubscribed rights offering underwritten by Citigroup and Natixis.

Genfit raised a total of EUR 78.5 million ($86 million) in October via a two-step process. On Oct. 6, it said it raised EUR 33.9 million in a private placement that was part of a planned EUR 75-EUR 80 million financing (see BioCentury Extra, Oct. 6). ...
