Drug delivery play Enable raises $30M

Enable Injections Inc. (Cincinnati, Ohio) raised $30 million in a series A round led by ORI Healthcare Fund. CincyTech, Cincinnati Children's Hospital, CintriFuse and Ohio Innovation Fund also participated.

The company's Enable Injector is a body-worn device that can warm and automatically mix lyophilized solutions and deliver biologics in doses as large as 50 mL.
