Germany names new health minister

German Chancellor Angela Merkel named Hermann Groehe as health minister. Groehe was secretary general of Merkel's party, the Christian Democratic Party (CDU). According to his CV, Groehe has not held a position directly affiliated with health care, and at least one trade association called the choice a "surprise." Groehe will replace Daniel Bahr, whose party was voted out of parliament in Germany's general election in September. ...
