BIO, PPMD partner in patient-centered research

The Biotechnology Industry Organization and Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy launched an initiative to share best practices in designing disease-specific patient preference studies. The parties intend to issue guidance for stakeholders outlining considerations for risk-benefit assessments to treat rare diseases.
