Santhera raises CHF27.7M

Santhera Pharmaceuticals Holding AG (SIX:SANN) raised CHF27.7 million ($28.6 million) through the sale of 300,000 shares at an average price of CHF92.38 in a follow-on conducted from Aug. 3-6. Kepler Chevreux was Santhera's broker.
