SkyePharma acquires rest of RTP

SkyePharma (LSE:SKP; SKYE) acquired the remaining 59.8% of RTP Pharma (Toronto, Ontario) it did not already own for $20.6 million in stock. Last year, SKP acquired a 40.2% stake in RTP, which is developing its Insoluble Drug Delivery (IDD) nanoparticle technology to improve the solubility of drugs, for 17.3 million SKP shares valued at $20 million, plus $5 million in cash for RTP preferred stock. ...
