Karyopharm raises $19 million in series B extension

Cancer company Karyopharm Therapeutics Inc. (Natick, Mass.) raised $19 million in an extension of a series B round led by new investor Foresite Capital Management. New investors New Leaf Venture Partners and an undisclosed institutional investor also participated in the extension, along with existing investor Delphi Ventures.
