Stentys proposes IPO

Stentys S.A. (Paris, France) plans to sell 1.9 million shares at EUR 10.80-EUR 13.20 in an IPO on Euronext Paris and a private placement outside of the U.S. A EUR 12 price would raise EUR 22.7 million ($31.7 million) and value the company at EUR 87 million ($121.3 million) based on 7.2 million shares outstanding. Existing investors Sofinnova and Credit Agricole Private Equity committed to invest up to a total of EUR 8 million ($11.2 million) as part of the IPO. The offer, which is underwritten by Societe Generale and Piper Jaffrey, is expected to be priced on Oct. 22. The first day of trading is slated for Oct. 28. ...
