Exiqon, Qiagen deal

Qiagen proposed to acquire Exiqon for DKK18 per share, or about DKK683 million ($102.3 million). The price is a 41.7% premium to Exiqon’s close of DKK12.70 on March 28, the last trading day before the deal was announced.
