WASHINGTON - Responding to allegations from members of Congress that regulated companies fear retaliation from the FDA, Commissioner David Kessler has promised lawmakers that the agency will prepare a document outlining the industry's rights and "processes for both retaliation and dispute resolution."
Kessler's commitments were contained in a June 29 letter to 22 senators who signed a letter to the FDA commissioner, complaining about the pervasive fears of retaliation. ...
