Pfizer spinout RaQualia back on track for IPO in Japan

Japan's RaQualia Pharma Inc. revived its IPO plans and now expects to go public next month with an enlarged deal. The plans had been on hold since the Japanese earthquake and tsunami in March.
The company was formed in 2008 when Pfizer Inc. (NYSE:PFE) spun out its R&D facility in Nagoya. At the time, the new entity raised ¥11.1 billion ($104.3 million) from investors including Pfizer; NIF SMBC Ventures Co.; and Coller Capital...
