Henney vote possible, maybe

WASHINGTON - Sen. James Jeffords (R-Vt.) has scheduled a vote this week by the Senate Labor and Human Resources Committee on the Clinton administration's nomination of Jane Henney to be FDA commissioner.

Henney submitted responses to a second set of questions from committee members last week. But although the vote has been placed on the Labor Committee's agenda, it is not certain that it will
