Proliferating polyclonals

The promise of polyclonal antibodies - collections of antibodies raised against multiple antigens on a target and multiple epitopes on an antigen - has remained elusive because humanized versions have been unavailable. Polyclonals produced by animals induce immune reactions in any human with a functioning immune system, severely limiting their therapeutic applicability.
