Oncolytics Biotech Inc. (TSX:ONC; NASDAQ:ONCY) raised $12.8 million through the sale of 4.3 million units at $3 in a follow-on underwritten by Oppenheimer; Canaccord; and Bloom Burton. Each unit comprises a share and a five-year warrant to purchase 0.4 shares, with each whole warrant exercisable at $3.50.
