HHS’s Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) exercised an option under a 2014 contract with NewLink to develop rVSV-ZEBOV-GP Ebola vaccine. NewLink said BARDA awarded NewLink $30 million under the initial 2014 contract, and the option will provide an additional $18 million to fund scale-up of the manufacturing process for the vaccine. ...
