Corgenix Medical Corp., Orgentec Diagnostika deal

Orgentec will acquire fellow diagnostic company Corgenix for about $16 million in cash. Corgenix shareholders will receive $0.27 per share, which is a 21% discount to the company's close of $0.34 on Aug. 27, before the deal was announced. Corgenix will remain headquartered in Broomfield and will operate as a subsidiary of Orgentec. Corgenix's board has unanimously approved the deal, which is expected to close in 4Q14. ...
