Alexion began a double-blind, placebo-controlled, international Phase III trial to evaluate 900 mg IV Soliris once weekly for 4 weeks followed by 1,200 mg every 2 weeks for weeks 5-26 in about 92 patients with refractory generalized myasthenia gravis.
