Zonegran zonisamide regulatory update

Eisai said Swissmedic approved a label expansion for Zonegran zonisamide to include use as adjunctive therapy to treat partial seizures with or without secondary generalization in adolescents and children. The drug is already approved for the indication in adults and as monotherapy in adults with newly diagnosed epilepsy.
