CordenPharma International GmbH, Solvay deal

Contract manufacturing provider CordenPharma will acquire Solvay's Peptisyntha S.A. business, which manufactures custom peptides for pharmaceutical use. The deal, which does not include U.S. sister company Peptisyntha Inc., is expected to close later this fall. Peptisyntha will become CordenPharma's third site offering peptide manufacturing.
