Clovis prices $75M follow-on

Clovis Oncology Inc. (NASDAQ:CLVS) raised $75 million through the sale of 3.8 million shares at $20 in a follow-on underwritten by JPMorgan; Credit Suisse; and Leerink. The company proposed the offering March 23, when its stock price was $26.50. Clovis was off $2.01 (10%) to $18.85 on Wednesday.
