FDA delays linaclotide decision

Forest Laboratories Inc. (NYSE:FRX) and partner Ironwood Pharmaceuticals Inc.(NASDAQ:IRWD) said FDA extended the PDUFA date by three months for an NDA for linaclotide to treat chronic constipation and irritable bowel syndrome with constipation (IBS-C).
