Hematech Biotherapeutics Inc., Prometic deal

ProMetic and Hematech partnered to co-develop and co-commercialize a plasma-derived product for an undisclosed Orphan indication. ProMetic will receive $1 million from Hematech up front. ProMetic is also eligible for up to $9 million in milestones, $5 million of which it expects to receive over the next 15-18 months leading to an IND submission in 2H13.
