Prismic, Scarista Ltd. deal

Newco Prismic acquired Scarista for an undisclosed sum. Scarista has an exclusive license from the Amarin Neuroscience Ltd. subsidiary of Amarin Corp. plc (NASDAQ:AMRN; LSE:AMRN, Dublin, Ireland) to a portfolio of patents related to omega-3 fatty acids to treat CNS disorders.
