EHT Dx14 diagnostic data

The second phase of a validation study evaluating 55 breast tissue fine needle aspirate (FNA) samples for which cytological analysis gave indeterminate results showed that EHT Dx14 had 81.8% specificity and 77.3% sensitivity for differentiating benign from malignant breast tumors. A post hoc analysis of the data taking into account the expected frequency of uncertain diagnosis in the general population showed the assay had an adjusted global performance of 93.4%, with 90.7% specificity and 96.1% sensitivity. ...
